Andrew Barnett, M&S, has one principal mission.
"To deliver true results through transparency, strategy, diligence, and execution"
First we will help define and shape the project in question. We then begin defining goals and set expectations with every stakeholder. During the due diligence phase, we analyze every necessary aspect of the organization(s) involved. Once the plan is completed we quickly begin working towards its execution.
